Welcome to the website for the Russia Visa
Application Centre
To meet the increasing demand for Russia Visas,
while maintaining high standards of service, the Embassy of the
Russian Federation has outsourced its Visa Application Processing to
M/s VF Services (UK) Ltd. The Russia Visa Application Center
commenced operations since 23rd January 2009. This new procedure
does not only avoid queuing and waiting lists but also focuses on
delivering the visa within a short period of time.
This service is available to all nationals resident in the United Kingdom who
wish to apply for a Russia visa. Visa applications may be submitted without a
prior appointment.
Holders of foreign diplomatic and service passports intending to visit Russia
on official business will continue to apply in person at the Russian Embassy,
London.
Apply for a Russian Visa
Visitors from most countries will need a visa, it cannot be obtained at the
border; therefore you should apply for a Russian Visa prior to traveling.
All Russia Visa Application forms must be
completed electronically and be signed by the applicants. The
granting of a visa is at the discretion of the Embassy of the
Russian Federation in London and its Consulates. All payment made
towards visa fees and service charges are non refundable and do not
guarantee the issuance of a visa should your application be
declined.
Important
notice: the Embassy of
Russian
Federation and Visa Application
Centre will be closed on 23rd February 2010 for a public
holiday. Due to this visa processing time may extend by 1 working
day for those who will apply close to the mentioned date. Kindly
