VIP premium lounge service

The VFS premium service lounge service is now available at the visa application centre. The service includes:

• No queuing
• Comfort and privacy at an exclusive premium service lounge
• Personalised attention and service during the submission
• Assistance with online application form
• Free refreshments and snacks
• Free and complimentary Russian Phrasebook
• Free photocopy if required

Premium lounge service fee: £150 inclusive of 20% VAT for each visa applicant in addition to the cost of the visa application.

VIP appointment slots are available between 8:30 and 15:00, Monday to Friday. Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your desired appointment date.

Important Note: Your visa application will be processed and decided by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in London. The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by the Embassy and VFS have no influence over that process. There is no guarantee that your visa will be approved if you use the VIP Premium Service - all applications are considered on their own merits, against the requirements set out by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in UK. This service does not guarantee a faster turnaround time for the processing of visa applications by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in London.

Booking procedure:

Schedule your VIP appointment using the following option:

• Email info.ruuk@vfshelpline.com and request for an appointment indicating your name as it appears on your passport, your passport number, the visa category you are applying for and the desired appointment time. Please kindly enter ‘VIP service’ in a subject line.

Once you have scheduled your VIP premium lounge service appointment you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment. Please print the VIP premium lounge service appointment confirmation and bring it with you on the date of your appointment.

On your appointment date please ensure you bring the following mandatory documents:

• Your passport or travel document with validity of at least 6 months.
• A recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm) colour photograph of you (not more than 6 months old).
• Supporting documents relevant to your visa application.
• The payment for visa application in cash or credit/debit card (except of American Express).
• The VIP premium lounge service fee of £150 per applicant in cash or credit/debit card (except of American Express).
