This is a premium rate telephone service where you can obtain general information regarding Russian Visa applications.

This service may only be used by persons aged 18 or over.

Calls may be recorded for training purposes.

The call centre team is trained and is competent in handling calls to give general information and the services provided by VF Services UK for processing of a Russian Visa.

Premium Rate Number and Call Cost

The premium rate number for the service is 0905 889 0149

Calls to the premium rate number cost 55 pence per minute at all times, also a set-up fee of up to 6 pence per call applies to calls from residential lines. The cost stated is for calls from a BT land line; the cost of calls from other landline and mobile networks may vary and may include additional tariff. Premium service rates are subject to change.

Opening Hours.

The service is available Monday through Friday between 08:30hrs to 16:00hrs UK (United Kingdom ) time.

No Cancellation Rights

The performance of the services begins as soon as you dial the premium rate number above, and by dialling you will be taken to have agreed that we may immediately commence providing the services. Accordingly, under Regulation 13(1) (a) of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you will not have any right to cancel.

Feedback, Complaints, and Claims

If you have any feedback, query, complaint or refund claim concerning this Russian Visa information service please call  on 02072539868 (please note this number is purely for complaints/suggestions and not visa related queries).

The complaints and refunds line service is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm in the morning and 2.00 pm to 5.00 p.m. in the afternoon. Applicants who need a refund, want to make a complaint or provide general feedback should call at these specified times.
