Visa applications for UK residents are to be submitted at the Russia Visa Application Centre in London, Manchester or Edinburgh (UK). All applications will be assessed by Embassy of the Russian Federation in London and Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Edinburgh. The Visa Application Centre is operated by VFS Services (UK) Limited since 23 January 2009.

We strongly advise all our applicants to use our pre check or concierge service option (via emails precheck.lon@vfshelpline.com and cvs.ruuk@vfshelpline.com), before travelling to the visa application centre to apply for your visa. This will help you to ensure, with the help of our dedicated assistant, that all documents are in order and can be accepted upon arrival at the visa centre.
Additionally you may not waste your travel journey and avoid longer application processing times inside of visa application centre.
